An additional level of audiophile freedom is provided by the ability to instantly switch between Stereo operation (2 x 44 W at 8 Ohms) and raw Monoblock mode (1 x 85 W at 8 Ohms). With a simple flick of a switch, the amplifier doubles its output transformers for optimal speaker coupling, while adding a specialized 2-ohm output in addition to the standard 4-ohm and 8-ohm terminals. By connecting two EVO 300-4T units in monoblock form, you will achieve a three-dimensional soundstage and a bass slam that you have never heard in your room. The clean transmission is ensured by top-quality Japanese TAKMAN resistors, known for their extremely low noise and musicality, and the exclusive AC Offset Killer passive circuit, which completely suppresses the hum of the mains transformers.
The interior of the device is the result of top-notch craftsmanship, where all components are connected by hand using the Point-to-Point hand wiring technique. In the prestigious EVO 300 series, only Swiss silver-plated oxygen-free copper (OCC) conductors with Teflon dielectric are used in the critical part of the audio path for superior signal speed and clarity. The intelligent Adaptive AutoBias™ system ensures completely safe and easy operation, which monitors and micro-adjusts the quiescent current of each individual tube in real time, reducing distortion by more than half. In the event of a tube failure, the system immediately activates the protection mode with relays, and the red LED (Bad Tube Indicator) shows you exactly which component is weakened.
