AudioQuest Chicago is an audiophile interconnect cable designed to connect your audio components, such as CD players, network players or D/A converters, to your amplifier. It represents a significant step up from more basic models, delivering the level of clarity and resolution required in more demanding Hi-Fi systems.

 The cable core consists of solid conductors made of premium PSC+ (Perfect-Surface Copper+) copper. This copper has an extremely smooth and clean surface, which dramatically reduces distortion and enables exceptionally clean signal transmission.

 A key innovation is the use of Polyethylene Air-Tubes as the main insulator. Since air absorbs virtually no energy, this design prevents loss of detail and preserves dynamics. The cable also uses a multi-layer carbon-based noise suppression system (NDS) to protect against RF interference and premium, cold-welded connectors coated with a thick layer of silver.
