The KEF Ci160.2CS from the Ci-C series is the ideal entry-level speaker system that doesn't compromise on price, aesthetics or sound performance. This speaker has been designed with pure symmetry and maximum spatial flexibility in mind: its key advantage is its perfectly square shape and extremely low installation depth (only 84.5 mm). This allows you to easily install it in very shallow wall or ceiling drywall openings where other speakers of this size simply don't have enough space.

 The speaker core is KEF's signature Uni-Q® technology with a 160mm (6.5") diameter driver. This advanced array places the tweeter precisely in the acoustic center of the bass-midrange unit, allowing both to act as a single, point source of sound. The technology enables the so-called "sit anywhere" effect - the sound is distributed extremely wide and evenly throughout the room. This eliminates narrow and rigid optimal listening points, and fewer speakers are needed for full sound coverage of the room. The tweeter is equipped with KEF's special Tangerine sound guide, which further improves dispersion and clarity of high frequencies.

 Visually, the speaker impresses with UTB™ Ultra-Thin Bezel technology, which brings a barely noticeable, extremely thin square outer edge around a completely flat protective grille. The grille is held to the chassis with the help of strong magnets, and both the grille and the speaker edge can be completely repainted to blend in with the color of your wall or ceiling.

 The KEF Ci160.2CS speaker is equipped with a special weatherproof coating and boasts an IP64 certification. This means that it is fully protected against the ingress of dust, moisture and UV light, making it ideal for installation in rooms with higher humidity, such as bathrooms, home wellness areas, kitchens or covered outdoor terraces.
